Frequently Asked Questions

What is covered in Working at Height safety training?
The programme covers fall hazard identification, fall arrest systems, full-body harness and anchorage use, MEWP safe operation, ladder safety, and emergency rescue planning from height, following the DOSH Guidelines for the Prevention of Falls at Workplaces 2007.
How long does WAH training take?
Most WAH programmes run 1–2 days, customisable, combining classroom theory with hands-on practical demonstrations at your site.
Can you train on our active construction site?
Yes. We prefer on-site delivery using your actual structures, anchors, and equipment. This makes the training immediately applicable and more memorable.
What rescue training is included?
Every WAH programme includes rescue planning. When a worker falls and is caught by their harness, blood pools in the legs. Brain damage or death can occur in under 10 minutes (DOSH Falls Guidelines 2007, s.9.1). We cover who responds, what equipment is used, and how a suspended worker is recovered.
Can WAH training be claimed under HRD Corp?
Naja Safety is an HRD Corp registered training provider (listed in e-TRiS). Our programmes are HRD Corp Claimable — subject to your own HRD Corp registration status and the programme submitted. We will confirm before you commit.
How many participants per session?
It depends on the course and the venue. Tell us your headcount and we'll plan the sessions around it.
