Compliance Quick Reference

Browse by common compliance trigger to find exactly what you need.

Under the OSH (Safety and Health Committee) Regulations 1996, any workplace with 40 or more employees must establish a Safety and Health Committee and ensure members receive certified training. You also need designated first-aiders, emergency response protocols, and a current HIRARC register. Naja Safety delivers all of these on-site or in-classroom.
Prepare a complete HIRARC register, updated machinery registers, Safety and Health Committee records, and first-aider certificates. We conduct pre-audit gap assessments to help you pass cleanly.
Every individual on a construction site must hold a valid CIDB SICW (Green Card programme). Depending on the work scope, additional training may include Working at Height, Scaffold Safety, and Site Safety Management. We are an accredited CIDB provider (Center Code: PLSICW20231022-068) and deliver all training on-site.
Under the USECHH 2000, you must conduct a Chemical Health Risk Assessment (CHRA), implement exposure monitoring, and provide chemical safety training to all affected workers. If you use LEV systems, they must be inspected periodically. We provide CHRA, exposure monitoring, LEV inspection, and chemical safety training. Conducted by a DOSH-registered competent person. Naja Safety scopes the assessment, coordinates site access and manages the submission; the assessment itself is performed and signed by the registered assessor.
Under the OSH (Noise Exposure) Regulations 2019 [P.U.(A) 60/2019], noise above 82 dB(A) is "excessive noise" and triggers a noise risk assessment by a registered assessor. The exposure limit is 85 dB(A) 8-hour TWA, 115 dB(A) maximum, 140 dB(C) peak. Where the limit is exceeded: annual audiometric testing and annual training (regs 5 and 7). We conduct calibrated noise mapping and dosimetry to identify affected zones and recommend engineering controls, administrative controls, and PPE. Conducted by a DOSH-registered competent person. Naja Safety scopes the assessment, coordinates site access and manages the submission; the assessment itself is performed and signed by the registered assessor.
Yes. LEV systems must be thoroughly examined to verify capture velocity, airflow rates, and system integrity. Our inspection covers hoods, ducts, filters, and fans, with documentation aligned to DOSH inspection criteria. Conducted by a DOSH-registered competent person. Naja Safety scopes the assessment, coordinates site access and manages the submission; the assessment itself is performed and signed by the registered assessor.
Naja Safety is an HRD Corp registered training provider (listed as NAJA SAFETY in HRD Corp's e-TRiS training-provider directory). Our programmes are HRD Corp Claimable — subject to your own HRD Corp registration status and the programme submitted. We will confirm before you commit. We guide you through e-TRiS grant applications so your training investment is recoverable before the 24-month forfeiture threshold.
If your workplace uses any scheduled chemicals listed under the USECHH 2000 — including solvents, acids, heavy metals, or toxic gases — a CHRA is mandatory. We evaluate your chemical inventory and conduct the full assessment. Conducted by a DOSH-registered competent person. Naja Safety scopes the assessment, coordinates site access and manages the submission; the assessment itself is performed and signed by the registered assessor.
