Every employer shall establish a safety and health committee at the place of work in accordance with this section if (a) there are forty or more persons employed at the place of work; or (b) the Director General directs the establishment of such a committee at the place of work.

Unofficial English summary: after a fatal or serious accident, or a dangerous occurrence, the employer must notify the nearest DOSH office immediately by the quickest means available, and send a written report in the approved form within 7 days.

How long does a safety audit take?
A typical SME facility requires 1 day on site. Large industrial complexes with multiple buildings may require 2–3 days. The report is delivered within 5–7 working days.
What standards do you audit against?
We audit against the OSH Act 1994, Occupational Safety and Health (Noise Exposure) Regulations 2019, USECHH 2000, and relevant DOSH industry codes of practice.
Will you share the audit report with DOSH?
No. The audit report is confidential to you. We prepare it in a format that YOU can present to DOSH if you choose, but we do not submit it on your behalf.
Can you accompany us during a DOSH inspection?
Yes. We provide on-site advisory during DOSH inspections to help answer technical questions and present documentation in the format inspectors expect.
What if we fail the audit?
There is no "pass" or "fail" in an internal audit — only gaps identified and prioritised. Our goal is to find and close gaps BEFORE DOSH does. We provide a remediation timeline for every finding.
