Under the OSH (Safety and Health Committee) Regulations 1996, any workplace with 40 or more employees must establish a Safety and Health Committee and ensure members receive certified training. Training is delivered by an HRD Corp Accredited Trainer (ID: 62976). Whether a particular programme can be claimed against your levy depends on your own HRD Corp registration, active balance, and programme alignment.
