  • Processing HRD Corp grant applications and claims.

8. WhatsApp Click Logging

When you tap a WhatsApp or phone button on this site, we record the time, the page you were on, the website you came from, and a short reference code, so that we know which pages bring enquiries. We do not record your phone number, your IP address, or your messages.

9. Quote Form

If you use the "Get a quote" form and choose to send it on WhatsApp, the choices you made in the form (service, location, number of people, dates and similar) are recorded with the click reference code so we can see which services are requested. Your name and phone number are not recorded from this route; they reach us only through WhatsApp itself. If you send the form instead, your details are handled as described in sections 2–7.

10. Specialist Network Applications

If you register on our "Join our network" page, we collect your name, contact details, the roles and qualifications you list, your availability and expected day rate, and the certificates you upload. We use them only to assess your qualifications and contact you about suitable work. They are emailed to Naja Safety's management, stored in Naja Safety's Google account, never published, and shared with a client only after you agree to a specific job. We keep them for 24 months after our last contact with you, or delete them sooner on request to info@safetyconsultants.com.my. Please do not upload your identity card or bank details.
