Why the SSS Matters Now
The OSH (Construction Work) (Design and Management) Regulations 2024 [P.U. (A) 147] came into force on 1 June 2024. Regulation 39 makes the appointment of a competent Site Safety Supervisor mandatory for principal contractors.
