Do you need it?
Under the CIDB Act 520, Anyone involved or engaged as construction personnel must be registered with CIDB (the Green Card). It's an offence with a fine of up to RM5,000. Site managers, main contractors, and developers face project delays and penalties if workers lack current certification. Many sites still rely on outdated or counterfeit cards.

Batch Registration
We run the session as a CIDB-accredited centre, so your crew's SICW results reach CIDB's CIMS system.
Classroom or On-Site Induction
Standard SICW curriculum delivered by qualified instructors. One-day intensive covering site hazards, PPE, emergency response, and legal obligations.
Assessment & Certification
After SICW, the Green Card application is made in CIDB's CIMS system: by the worker, or by the employer through its CIMS Employer ID. Workers on a PLKS/EP permit or an IMM13P pass can only be registered through the employer. CIDB issues the card.
Site Deployment Verification
We verify card validity with your site safety officer and provide a compliance attendance register for CIDB inspection.
Renewal Tracking
Green Cards expire. We maintain a renewal calendar and notify you 60 days before expiry to prevent lapses.

Frequently Asked Questions
How long is the Green Card valid?
Registration runs for 1 to 5 years; you choose the period when you apply or renew. For foreign workers and IMM13P holders it follows the permit or pass. You can renew online through CIMS from 60 days before the expiry date.
Can foreign workers get a Green Card?
Yes. Foreign workers legally employed on Malaysian construction sites must hold a valid SICW. We process registration for both local and foreign workers.
Do supervisors and engineers need Green Cards too?
Yes. Every individual physically present on an active construction site must hold a valid SICW, including project managers, engineers, and visitors on extended stays.
What happens if CIDB inspects and finds uncertified workers?
Working as construction personnel without CIDB registration is an offence under Act 520 s.33(4), with a fine of up to RM5,000. CIDB's authorised officers may enter any construction site (s.35H). If your crew needs SICW, we run it at your site.
