The law, in its own words
A person shall not be involved or engaged or undertake to be involved or engaged as a construction personnel unless he is registered with the Lembaga and holds a valid certificate of registration issued by the Lembaga under this Act.

— Section 33A(1), Act 520An employer whose place of work is not included in any class or description of place of work as published in the Gazette under subsection 29(1) shall appoint one of his employees to act as an occupational safety and health coordinator if he employs five or more employees at his place of work.

The boom is here — and it's regulated

It concentrates high-risk activity in one place: live electrical infrastructure, working at height on cable trays and roof decks, confined-space entry into vaults and raised-floor voids, and strict fire-suppression systems. Confined Space Entry
Cable vaults, raised-floor voids, tank rooms. We arrange Authorised Gas Tester & Entry Supervisor (AGTES) and standby persons for your confined-space work.
Electrical Safety & LOTO
Lock-out/tag-out and permit-to-work under the Electricity Regulations 1994 (Reg 111–112). Awareness and safe-work training for crews working near live switchgear and UPS.
HIRARC Risk Assessment
Mandatory under the OSH (Amendment) Act 2022 (s.18B). We run structured HIRARC workshops mapped to your actual data center site hazards.
Emergency Response & Fire
Data centers carry strict fire-suppression systems (gas suppression, FM-200). ERT formation, fire-fighting and evacuation drills for your build and fit-out phases.
Note on OSH Coordinator: employers of five or more workers must appoint an OSH Coordinator under s.29A of the OSH (Amendment) Act 2022. The OSH Coordinator course is delivered only by DOSH-approved training providers — Naja advises on the appointment requirement and coordinates the training, but does not deliver it.

What safety training is mandatory on a data center construction site?

Programmes are HRD Corp Claimable — subject to your own HRD Corp registration status and the programme submitted. We confirm before you commit and assist with e-TRiS documentation.
Do you train OSH Coordinators?
The OSH Coordinator course is delivered only by DOSH-approved training providers. Naja Safety advises on the section 29A appointment requirement and coordinates the training with a DOSH-approved centre, but does not deliver the OSH Coordinator course itself.
